They stole $1,000 from me while being on the phone with me (Scam call) reported by Daniel
They acted like they were calling from the navy federal scam dept and knew the last 4 digits of my social so which is what made it believable. After asking for my pin I kept seeing the amount of mo way on my card decreasing. I immediately called navy federal and they told me they will never call from this number. SCAM

Navy Federal Credit Union - Fraud Dept, Bank, (navyfederal.org), They called to see if a duplicate charge on my NFCU credit card was legit. This number is safe for NFCU customers.

I read all the negative reviews & disagree. This is in fact Navy Federal Fraud Dept. warning & requesting of a suspicious charge. They send a txt alert at same time of info about the charge. 100% legit! I get these alerts when I have yearly autopay charge thru Google play subscriptions. like Surfline & Tinder. The txt is CORRECT OF PAYMENT! 3 years ago I did have a fraud charge to a hotel & damn glad they contacted me because they were able to block charge.

Navy federal will never call with their toll free number. I spoke with Navy Fed's fraud department and they confirmed. There are scammers they can spoof their toll free number.

I got a call from this number saying they were with Navy Federal Fraud Prevention. He told me my card had been compromised and charges we're occurring a few cities over. He knew my card number and address, and asked for the last 4 of my SSN, which I didn't think much of to verify me. What tipped me off was the fact he never used my rank (they always do) and every time he put me on "hold" there was no music or NFCU's classic hold prompt. I hung up and called Navy Fed direct and they told me they made no such call to me and helped me secure all of my accounts, luckily before any damage occurred. Long story short, if they call and claim to be Navy Fed, don't believe them. Call Navy Fed to check yourself.

They called me after I had requested to do a transfer through the app. In the app they had also sent me a message about the call so I knew it wasn’t fraud because I got the message through the official app

A MALE TOLD ME 3 CHARGES WERE MADE IN MIAMI, AND WANTED ADDRESS OR PASSWORD, I TOLD HIM TO CALL BACK IN 10MINS.. CALLED NFCU AND THEY SAID THE BANK DOES NOT CALL USING 888-842-6328, THAT NUMBER IS FOR BANK MEMBERS USE ONLY, PLEASE BE CAREFUL!
