When I answered phone I couldn't hear and asked them to repeat at which they hung up. I called back and pressed 0 and the person answering called said that they are "Harvard Collection Services" at which I told them that they were calling a place of business and they apologized and then hung up. I wasn't going to give any personal information because I didn't really know who they were.

Said he was calling for a debt collector, but could not tell me who he was representing “unless he could verify me” by getting all my personal info. I said hang on I’ll get you my attorneys info. “ she has all my personal info, they can verify me. I got a thank you and he hung up without getting attorney info. He kept pushing to get my personal info until he heard attorney.

Called stating she was from a collection agency. She had my name right but had the incorrect DOB and SS. Kept wanting me to give her the correct DOB and social. Number came in from 888-828-1616. I reported them immediately. Don't fall for the scam.

When I asked for them to identify the company they represented they refused to. They were very forcefull and abrasive. Just kept saying it was a personal matter. I told them to send me Info in mail. They said they could not. I then insulted them and mocked them they lost their control and composer. I then called the number back the answered the call without any identification when the answer. Like " thank you for calling ( the name of company) just kept saying hello. " that's not call center way to answer a call. You represent and identify. A personal matter call is them trying to get you to give them as much info. Even if they are asking you. For yes and no question.

Claimed that he received information through my healthcare insurance and that I had benefits they could offer through them. He was persistent in trying to get personal contact information. He kept repeating "advanced diabetic care" but when I asked about the product or services he couldn't answer. Then I asked where the company was headquartered and he hung up on me.

Trying to pass himself off as a legitimate bill collector, yet : 1.) Cannot provide details regarding whom the debt is for or what was the actual date of service. 2.) Refuses to provide information on his company. 3.) Refused to provide copies of documentation such as billing statements. 4.) Very short tempered, hard to understand at times. overall, I got the feeling that this is scam.

Indian guy in a thick accent repeating some information over and over refusing to send me a pamphlet or letter on information regarding the HCS company so I can verify who he is and what debt I owe. Claims different dates and amounts that I owe when I was in the hospital then switches them twice. Sketchy. I know I don't owe for multiple dates or anywhere near the amount they're asking. He became aggressive and rude when I asked him to send me out the information so I can verify against the hospital records.
