HP Laptop Computer Support - I started with a problem of being scammed by another company for internet security. I went to ConsumerAffairs, did a survey and Tech Support Expert came up as best to serve my needs. I received a call within 1 hour from TeeJay and we discussed what had happened and TeeJay provided a solution which we implemented. At this point I feel he was professional and gave me a quality experience.

They offers good technical support and throws in security protection and online backup, but it's not cheap. Like Geek Squad's, all of it's support staff are U.S.-based and speak fluent English. They also demonstrated solid tech knowledge. The subscription service includes reputable security software and an online backup service account to boot.

Windows-10 computer fixed. Always helpful, reliable and trustworthy. :) I've been using TechSupport Expert for over a year now and each time I need them I get a very friendly, knowledgeable tech. Chris is more than a tech support guy, he's more like a friend who makes sure all is working and taken care of.

I found my support experience satisfactory. The Techs were very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to respond to my questions regarding the issues I encountered. Due to the short closer, I did not get specific cause of this issue. If I could have that info I would appreciate it for future incidents.

Tried to get my gmail account info. (Scam call) reported by


Got a call from an automated robo dialer. Claimed that someone had requested a password reset on my gmail account and they wanted my information to "help" prevent someone from gaining access to my account. Complete BS call. They didn't know any information about me other than my cell number. Every question I asked them returned a circular answer where they danced around and avoided giving me any real info. Tried to get me to allow them to remotely access my computer.

Says that someone is trying to access your google account. Pretty good. Press 1 for security rep. Don't do it. Then they ask you to verify your info and hence you give the bad guys all your info.

“Tried To Scam Me” (Scam call) reported by


They called my phone and it was an automated voice that asked if I requested a verification number to my email account. It said to press #1 to speak to a representative if you didn’t request it, so I pressed 1. Someone with a thick accent answered and I asked him what was the nature of the call? He told me that someone from California has gained access to my account, when I’m reality, that was his main objective. He told me that he worked for Google but the website that he gave me was FastSupport.com. Which all that website does is allow hackers and malicious viruses in. I kept him on the phone for over 30mins so he wouldn’t have to much time to scam others but I gathered as much information about him as possible. I told him that I was unsuccessful in letting them connect to my computer. I told them that it was an old computer. I really don’t have an old computer but I just wanted to keep playing along with them as they tried to swindle me. He told me to go to WalMart and get a $50 google play gift card so I could purchase some kind of program from them to make my imaginary old computer work like the new ones. He told me to call back and he would get my old computer to work.
