I've been receiving calls the last two days from this number. I say hello, and no one answers. So I say hello once more, and they finally say something. Today I said hello, and nothing, so I just hung up. They should be saying Hello first as they are calling, proper phone mannerisms should be a given if it is legit. And state a name and I'm from Telus... say something, don't linger, its annoying and not a good way to start a phone call.
