They're the worst. When my son was born he had to have surgery and nearly lost his life. I stopped working and called them to explain why I would be late and to ask for temporary relief. They not only refused they've continued to call me several times every day to incessantly ask for payment.

They are annoyingly persistent. If you are a day late and you are still within your 10 day grace period they will call you 7-8 times a day wanting their money.
