amazon, two charges came through at the same time on Amazon prime video one for six 99 and one for $5.99 I rented the movie for $6.99 but I did not rent another movie at the same time for 599 so I want the one $5.99 charge please refunded because I cannot be watching and running two movies at the same time I only watch the bricklayer for $6.99 thank you very much

Spoke with person at an obvious call center (based on high level of background chatter). After 20 min dialog with them asking for personal info and me stating suspicion of a scam, the person on the line when asked if they were a scammer replied "yes" and hung up.

I have some charges with this number. I was able to trace the dates back to purchasing a season of two different shows, coincidently the same price and around the same time of two consecutive months. The Amazon card (Chase) statements have transactions listed by monthly statement date, which made it seem like the payments were made on the same day each month until I looked harder for the actual purchase dates.
