Same experience as many written above. They call and talk fast and sound seriously legit. But I had my doubts. They knew some info about me and I stupidly gave them my last 4 of social before I realized I definitely was being scammed. They were able to change my password on my online account:(They called from this number and also a “No called ID” number repeatedly harassing me. I called the real TD bank number and they informed me that the fraud department will never call from the number on the back of your card. All my accounts were put on hold and I had to get completely new routing numbers from the branch. Disaster.

I was looking up the number to see who was calling me from an 888 number n the middle of the night but , my computer was running slow so it hadn't loaded before I gave the guy my last 4 SS numbers . He talks really fast and it's a constant barrage so , it's hard to think , which I'm sure is the point . When I told him I looked it up and would just go to my local branch in the morning because of the reviews I was seeing , the guy actually admitted that if I had given him the rest of the information he would have scammed me and taken all my money . In those words , even . It could have been funny if it wasn't a real thing .

Person left a voicemail since my phone don’t take unknown numbers and he stated his name was Kenneth Williams( Indian accent) stating he’s from TD Bank saying my name, address and to give him a call on his direct line at 832-848-1136. I called the bank and was told the area code is outside their region and said no one in company by that name and number and possible scam, he called the number and said person picked up and didn’t say anything and hung up.

Got a text on two of my phones saying that there was a fraudulent transaction alert from my actual bank. Phone call followed. Sounded pretty legit. They knew my name, address, last 4 social, birthday. Hung up and called my bank back. It wasn't them. Total SCAMMERS.

He will also text you from 866-945-7650 as if he is TD Fraud Detection, it seems like the real thing. Until you call the number on the back of your card and give the number he calls from which is this and texts from.

I received a text message and a call. Asked if I made a purchase that I did not. Said they would send me a new card. Immediately called TD bank and as I was speaking to someone this man called pretending to be me because he had hacked into my account before calling me. Do not answer!

he tries to get my Ssn, then said ther eis a pending transaction with 500 at walmart , then i asked the last four digits of the card, he said a ramdom card then he hang up , be careful guys , u can tell he sounds ghetto, not customer service, ****
