Debt collector reported by Not amused
He will neither confirm nor deny that they are in fact just a debt collector. When I asked if they were a debt collector or a law office he said they had lawyers who worked for them so I again. Asked if they were a lawyer or a debt collector to which he replied....are you a man or a woman. I said woman and he said , are you sure.....then hung up on me. It is illegal to represent yourself as the law when you are not the law. I however can legally represent myself as a transgender and that is not illegal.....but I can not say I am a police officer or a lawyer. That is illegal.

This number keeps calling saying they are from a Judicial Docket Delivery Service but cannot provide me with a callback number so I can call them back.

No their a scam. They won't say if they are the law or a debt collector. They are trying to scare you.
No they are not a real company.
Will not provide a company name or address. Will not confirm or deny that they are a law office. Unprofessional and a scam artist. When I said Oh Lord you can't give me a name? His reply was "Mam the lord won't help you here." He hung up on me. I called back and asked for the company name again and his reply "Is that how we say hello?" So yeah. If this were a real company they would be willing to provide you with their information, which by law they are required to do.

Just got the same kind of call said they had to deliver paperwork but they gave me a call back number and reference number is this for real?

Got a call from an "anonymous" number. Answered it, which I never do. The guy on the other end told me that they wanted to ensure that I would be home to sign for some "legal documents". When I pressed, he wouldn't be more specific as to what it was regarding. Mentioned a company by the name of "S&P" and gave me this number to call back, along with a reference number. Seems like a total scam.
