I filled in my phone number to get information on service in my area. The conversation itself was neutral and got cut off however I did ask for the call and it's a legit number and service.

I called them about internet service, 45 minute call, was on hold for about 35 minutes. They called the next day, and the next, I answered every time, 5 times total with a total of about 3 hours on the phone, and about 2 1/2 hours was spent on hold. Throughout the while process I talked to at least 20 different people having to explain what I wanted each time.

I returned the call since it was a toll free number. This is apparently a number for ordering CenturyLink service, which makes sense because I sent a query about service last night. I do not live in their service area, but am thinking of purchasing property in their service area.
