They repeatedly call me. Even after informing they have the wrong number. Each time they apologize and say they will update the info, a week or so goes by and start all over again. The name of the company if Home medical Express. They push CPAP supplies.

They are my Cpap supplies company. Although I've been picking up, they don't answer on the other end. Maybe they are surprised a person actually picks up on the other end. lol. Anyways they are legit and will give you your replaceable filters/tubing/mouth nose pieces and ship to you if needed and will bill your insurance.

Somehow this company knew I had a CPAP machine and presented itself as the place I should go to replace my mask, etc. I called my primary physician and was told that they are not affiliated in any way. Curious that they had info on me though.

Call came from 608-371-6666 ("out of area"), said it was Home Medical Express (medical supplies) and to call back 888-733-2112. We are a customer of HME, so I called their regular local number (630-530-9777). The person there verified that the 888 number is in fact their number for reordering medical supplies. If I hadn't called a trusted number I've used before, I'd say the whole thing was a scam, but apparently it's just stupid management of phone numbers and caller IDs.
