V0ice mail stated my name and a 7-digit file numbner. I have been required to press responsibility or convey you over to probation and file action on this matter. If you want more information press 1 now. Again, I (male) was instructed ti contact you prior to the report to give you the opportunity to resolve this matter promptly. Contact us at your earliest convenience at 888-713-0576. That number again is 888-713-0576. Good Luck!! I called the number back and no info on the company was given on this message: If you know your party's number please dial it now or to dial by name press # or leave your name and number.

“This call is regarding a file that came into our office for processing _****_****_****_ _****_****_ _****_****_ primary responding _****_ like to update a _****_****_****_****_****_****_****_****_ of verification for the file for more information press two now or you may contact us at 888-713-0576 thank you…” The above is how the transcript came over. They didn't leave a name, didn't announce who they were calling for. I googled the number and about 95 spam warnings came up. My phone service marked it as serious spam alert.

I received 2 calls from this number.One a few weeks ago claiming I had an overdue Barclay's card. When I called them back no answer. Today they called me and I told them i think they are fradulent and I never had a Barclay's card. Now they said its not Barclays its an account I had with Credit Shop Loans. I went onto the Credit Shop loans website and they don't have any record of my email etc. Feel its very fradulent!

They said the company name is Debt Refi Solution in GA (Debt collector) reported by


They would not provide me with the address to the company said they had a complaint against me. That I had a Barclays credit card. I never had a credit card from them. The did not disclose they were attempting to collect a debt. The bad thing of it all is they had my full SS and Date of Birth
