This company called my work a couple of times and my boss got on me about it so I called them back and at first was heated because they were asking me to verify my social security number and birthday. A manager got on the phone and I verified my Wichita State University student id with her. She told me what year I was born in and I gave her the month and day and she was finally able to talk to me. Told me she was calling about my perkins loan. I didnt even know I had one until she went in to detail the difference between perkin loans and stafford loans. My stafford loans are with Navient and I just assumed all of my student loans were. I told her I can make payments but she said it would be better for me to do a Federal Loan Consolidation through the Department of Education. She gave me the website "studentaid.gov" and actually walked me through the application which took about ten minutes. That stopped the collection calls and it moved this loan over with my stafford loans to Navient. Yes, everyone hates having these people call you but if you'd take care of your business they wouldnt need to ... I didnt even know this loan existed so even though I'm **** they called my work I got it taken care of. Here's there website https://www.generalrevenue.com/ContentSite/

Calls wanting payment for a class. I was enrolled in a class with them. They decided that in the middle of the class to terminate me in it. The VA was paying for my class. They were already paid for the class. So I had to pay the VA back for the class. They decided to reenroll me to another class without my permission. Then when I was pulled from that class. Because of inactivity they decided to try and get me to to pay for the class.A class I had no idea about. As previously my enrollment was terminated. A few years later I filed bankruptcy after the bankruptcy closed they started calling again. This issue here is that if it’s student loans then it’s a federal student loan and is being paid as directed by federal student loans. Then they say they are a private loan not a student loan ok so then it’s wrapped into bankruptcy. Capella is a nightmare I tell everyone to avoid them like the plague. This is an account that has been bought and sold numerous times and is beyond the point of harassment. Ignore the calls.

Called my mother, asked to speak with my adult son, then told her it was really about my oldest daughter and his name was on something for her. Makes no sense whatsoever. Sounds like their using basic info through searches on the web to phish for information.
