Cardholder Services 'final notice'." If it's the final notice, why do they keep calling? Because it's a scam, that's why....they look your information up on line while you talk. Give them a phoney phone number from your area code that you have looked up through white pages and they will try to convince you that you are that phoney person or they will try to give you the address for that number. They call me all the time from different numbers but always the same stupid spanish accented people. It is a total scam!!!!!! My longest time keeping them on the phone..... looking for the card then giving them fake info and ask stupid questions like who are they, how does it work, and on and on ...19 minutes.
