Caller stated my name and that they were with US Bank- Called US Bank Customer service number via their website, they informed me they had not tried to contact me. This is a SCAM - block the number.

It is NOT US BANK. They claim to be, but then they ask your entire card number (information they would already have - at most they'd ask the last 4 digits), and when I asked if they were scammers they got indignant and hung up. Called the US bank number on the back of my card, they said no one called, nothing wrong with my account

I called my two accounts with US Bank after rec'v this call from 888-690-28xx The message left was that it was US BANK calling and for me to call back...no other particulars, no caller name. I found out this is NOT an US Bank registered number. BEWARE.
