Been calling my cell # for over 5 years (maybe 10 years!) always using a different number. They are always looking for the apparently mythical RICHARD ORTEGA or RICHARD ORTIZ, threatening law suits, court actions, that they'll come to my work location (i'm retired) etc. etc. Yes they are annoying!!! Years ago I told them they are calling the wrong number but I may as well have been talking to a rock. I've been getting a call from them once or twice a day for years!! Sometimes the calls stop for a month or two.

First response stated they were calling from ally name of person is jermry so I called ally and freak out on them and they said they had no reason to call because we are not behind then today they call with different number 6039574029. Same person jermry some how they are trying to use your other person information so you will pick up phone but they are from CC'd it's a collection company
