There are multiple complaints on the BBB for this company and I contacted a lawyer as soon as the voicemail said there was a claim against my SSN. It might not have even been my SSN since there was no name given and it was a robo call. Seems everyone here has the same voicemail. I was instructed not to call them and if there is a debt or legal issue against me that there has to be some sort of mail correspondence for my records. So far there has been nothing and no one can make a claim against your SSN. That's not even an action that exists. Please continue to report this company and do not respond to any phone contact. ANY DEBT COLLECTOR or LEGAL SUIT must mail documentation so only address it at that time and have a lawyer look it over as well so ensure it's legitimate.

I messed up, Armand, O'Connor & Bach called me, sent me a letter about a debt I owe, they new the who it was and the amount. I signed say I will pay 53.15 a month, did I mess up. The card I gave them expired. I don't know what to do. Should I pay them, or just ignore them now

Received call on my cell phone registered on the FCC DO NOT CALL service, from 386-234-2906 saying my name and SSN (no specific details given) were on a list of individuals involved in a law suit, and asked me to call an 800# back (888-645-0772). Strongly suspect this to be nothing more than a FUD (Fear, Uncertainty, and Doubt) scam.

Left me many messages claiming they had my name and social security number on file, and that someone else claimed to have filed something (unspecific) against me; never bothered to mention either of the two, though. Never called back, neither should you.

I have the same exact message on my voicemail. I looked up the company's name Armon O. and Bach and everyone is saying it's a scam call. I'm glad I did. I block their number. Scammers no Conscience. We need to post this on social media.

Have gotten these calls for about a week now, I have not called them back, I looked up the name Armon, O'connor and Bach and nothing but scam info comes back, they did not get my first name correct, said there is a matter or a file that came across his desk matching my social security number and name. I actually spoke to person named Alise; from this company Armon ... she even gave me an extention. I called for three days straight and never received a return phone call. They keep calling and I leave messages and still no return phone calls. They keep calling about a payment that I paid in 2015 that they're claiming I never paid; now I'm not sure If this is the same company that I paid a debt to; very suspicious.
