I had left a previous post about this company and had forgotten to include these details...1. the call came on the landline as "Isle of Palm, SC" phone number 843-242-9736. the pre-recorded message that stated they could illegally enrolled or change your health insurance weeks before Open enrollment, and that Meridia(sp?) worked with hundreds of insurers across the country", and seemed to focus moreso on Medicare (since Medicare stopped using social security numbers as member ID numbers a couple years ago). The recording went on to state "Press 2 to speak to a live agent. or you can call us back at 888-636-3834 and speak with a live agent. Press 9 to be added to our do Not call list".

Illegal robocall. If you want them to stop calling you, be incredibly rude and disgusting when you talk to them. Ask them about their body and $ex life. Say horrible, racist and $exist things to them. Play loud g@y p0rn audio for them. Don't yell or threaten them with violence, just be rude and disgusting. If you can offend the illegal caller, they will add your number to their "dumped" list and stop calling you. ALSO, if this is too extreme for you, just talk to them for as long as possible. Appear to be interested, even give them fake credit card numbers, etc. Act like an old, confused person. Waste their time as much as possible, and when they get frustrated, tell them they should remove your number from their system because your plan is to continually waste their callers' time in the future. These illegal scammers are paid by how many calls and "sales" they make, so they will likely remove your number from their system.
