Scam caller, never leaves a message. If you call back, a recording says they are "Blue." Not Blue Cross, just Blue. They are selling fraudulent health insurance. It's a boiler room in India, and sells fake car warranties and many other things you don't need.

Again, Indian accent. Started out by saying he was not trying to sell me anything. He knew my name. He had my address wrong and my zip code wrong. He said he wanted to ask me a few questions about my health. The very first question was: What is the full name of your personal physician. REALLY??????? Sure, I hand out info like that just like candy at halloween. No idea what the game is.
