This is some type of company that contracts with medical facilities to conduct visit surveys. We visited Inova Urgent Care for a school athletic physical, which they also perform, in addition to clinic work (shots), etc. This number bugs you to death calling and leaving messages to call back and do the survey. From all the other comments, this business must have a lot of contracts with hospitals and clinics...
