calling for wakefield and associates (Call centre) reported by


ray calling on behalf of wakefield and associates calling me on behalf of a debt collector. gave the number to call back which is different than the one ray called from. calling from 8336840577, telling me to call 8885823359. issue is, medical providers dont do the proper billing so MANY COPAYS get billed and not properly adjusted or marked paid as another person or department handles that. ive called their billing so many times to explain it was either paid or my insurance covered the copay in which they replied either "oh" or we didnt know or was told that. so then they get sent to this company for ray and others to call. this company deals a lot with ballad health in the southern region which has about 30 hospitals under their banner.

They call every few weeks or so, will give return phone #, but not give any information other than "personal business matter". Have told them to stop calling and it hasn't deterred them one bit.

Claimed they were calling for me but couldn't give me any info. They even called my parents and cursed at them in a threatening manner. I had to threaten to report them to the police.

Called me, said I was who they were looking for and then kept saying hello and nothing else before they hung up on me. Keep calling my number but leave no messages and are becoming a pain in the a$$...if they got my number, they got my address...they have still never identified who they are or why they r calling me...spam?

Answered the call, and it was a machine recording claiming that they have intentions of filing a claim against me. I looked up the phone number and the white pages say that it belongs to "Revenue Recovery Corporation" in Knoxville, TN.
