was called and asked my name and then was asked to give my date of birth when I refuse to because I asked them who was calling and why they said they couldn't buy law tell me until I clarified who I was by giving them my date of birth I rejected to give them my date of birth because of all the scams going on these days very rude and polite I said check your mail but haven't gotten a letter where they are completely unprofessional

I keep getting repeated calls. But when I answer, no one speaks . (Unsolicited call) reported by


But when I call back, they ask for my tel number. I said you have my number already because you guys called me. But they still ask for my number but I did not provide. And I also called up the collections dept in Capital One. They do collections in-house and do not use any agency. So I guess this 1-888-575-9138 is a scam project. PLEASE DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR TEL NUMBER TO THEM.
