Pretends to be Optum Rx. They call at all hours, 30x! (Scam call) reported by


At first, I was stupid and fell for it because they knew my name. They wanted me to verify my birthdate and SS # styling they had important info regarding my prescription plan, which I do have. But when I refused to cooperate, they threatened that I went get my prescriptions anymore. I called Optum and reported this over a year ago. You would think Optum would send all of its members and email or letter warning us about this scam. But they haven't!

OptumRX says it is not from them and must be a scam (Telemarketer) reported by


Robo call that said they were OptumRX on behave of Cal PERS and asked for personal info when I called them back, which I gave no info and I was unable to talk to a real person. I called the real OptumRX and they said there was nothing in their system regarding this phone number and said it was most likely a scam of some sorts. They said they would pass on the management
