The caller wanted to know who I was. When I did not identify myself he stated he was a debt collector and that I owed $1029 dollars for an anti virus product I allegedly purchased in 2015. I did no such thing and I told him I considered this a fraudulent call and hung up.

This person called me and said they had obtained this account from a malware protection company and I had verbally agreed to pay off for the anti-malware program in 4 monthly payments of $149.xx. I paid for the complete fee at the time of installation. I did not make a verbal or any other kind of agreement to make monthly payments to anyone.. They said they had a recording of my "verbal agreement". If this is true, I want to hear it. I think this is a scam and I will treat it as one.

Called and claimed to be with our energy provider. Said they were the technicians who were disconnecting our power and wanted to speak with the account manager. We called our energy provider directly and they verified that this was a scam.

They called and said they were going to shut off our power due to non payment. We are not late on our bills. I asked for a call back number and they gave me this one and hung up.

2nd time they have called me in 2 months. First time I almost fell for it because my assistant took the call and sent me a message while I was in my car saying they were about to shut our service off in 38 mins unless we paid $500 something. They wanted me to go to CVS and buy a wire transfer thing and I would have to call them back with a receipt number. Once they told me that I actually called hung up and called the real company up myself. I was totally current with my bill. These guys are good and really make you feel like they will shut your service off. The number they had me call back, when the answer they don't even say, Austin Energy. They say something else which was a tip off. Anyway, this number is a scam.

They called our business and threatened electricity to be turned off in 38 minutes. Demanded a money pak dropped off in person somewhere. No records of our online payments. Please beware of scammers! Very aggressive in tone as well.

These guys are scammers. They call you and tell you they are en route to disconnect your power and that you must call them back at this number above. They've recorded the phone tree from the local power companies and then pick up at the end of the message from the "disconnection department" A couple of stupid losers.

I received a call from another number , 951-782-0330, telling me to call this number within the next hour our electricity will be shut off because our last two payments were not received. I logged into our account to verify and they had been received because they are on autopay... not sure what the scam is, but it is definitely not a legit call.
