I've had several calls from this number. The callers identify themselves as Lincare, my legitimate CPAP supplier, but these incredibly rude people refuse to prove who they are, they refuse to tell me whether the call is being recorded, and then they seek my personal information, saying that it is required by their security department. Hard to believe that any insurance provider allows their clients to be treated in this manner.

Exactly why I am here. I called the office and they didn't believe that one of their employees called me. I guess their call center is not affilanted with the actual company. And I agree they are exceptionally rude.

They robot call me every day and sometimes a person, they do not act honest they act and talk like scamers the 2 times I spoke to them. They try to ask you for you Social Security and other personal information! They should be investigated! 3 years ago that company did not acted that way. Something is really wrong! Why doesn't the authorities do something?
