Shaw corporation, Shaw provides telephone, cell phone, internet, and tv service in some Canadian provinces. In 2023, the Government of Canada unfortunately permitted Rogers to purchase Shaw. This allowing is further worsening monopolies in Canada's communications sector -- and therefore is further worsening the rates, costs, barriers, and access to quality landline telephone, internet, ethernet, wireless, and tv services of lower income Canadians with chronic health conditions, other lower income Canadians, and other Canadians). So, now, Shaw customers (including those who see this number) may see the Rogers name -- either additionally or instead., The number is for Shaw, a corporation, which phoned my cell phone when I provided my explicit permission a few moments beforehand.

Shaw trying to sell me their new internet package (I have not been a customer for over 2 years). Wouldn't even listen when I said I already had free internet from my building. They've called twice in the last few days.
