Caller claimed to be from suddenlink. Introduced himself about 4 times in 30 seconds and was really weird. He said there were new pricing on internet services and asked if I paid over a certain amount because he did not know how much a pay. If he worked for sudden link he would have that information. This is a scam do not give them information.
