I believe I can speak on behalf of the population--including all of the inhabitants of planet Earth, when I assert that no one wants to speak with "Janice G." at this time. Perhaps not even at any time in the future. We are all quite sick of "telemarketing companies" making it their business to call us, successfully interrupting our time, while they use historically unethical business practices by providing completely fictional accounts of why they are calling, who they are and what they want. I have had these types of companies and individuals working for them tell me that there is a warrant for *MY* arrest due to an unresolved family court matter. And in order to resolve this immediately I would need to wire ~$800.00 to a foreign (I assume) bank account. The unpleasant representative quickly told me that failure to do so would result in a bench warrant being issued and then she went on to abrasively describe that I would be pursued by law enforcement who were prepared to arrest me at the end of the day. Their premise, however, was completely ridiculous. Family court!? Pulleezzee. No such case exists. All of which I explained to the very rude "representative" who continued to insist that *I* was mistaken. But more than ridiculous it was very close to strong armed robbery if you ask me. Threats made about going to jail if I did not pay someone I've never heard of within a very narrow window of time. Hmm... It sure feels illegal to me. The Janice in the situation, that I am referring to, became quite angry with me after mentioning that I felt as though the larger crime was the extortion, or perhaps strong armed type of activities that she was actively pursuing with me at that very moment. She hung up on me and could not be reached when trying to call her back, to follow up on the details with her. Like perhaps her actual name, address and *her* cell phone number. But alas.
