Humana robocall saying they had important information (Telemarketer) reported by


Humana Robocall. Automated voice saying they had important information and to call them back and tell them the PIN number they left on my voicemail. This was flagged as a spam call from AT&T. I do have Humana prescription insurance. However, if Humana needs to reach me, they need to do so with their number and their name. Not this vague robocall nonsense!

I called Humana and verified that the call was legitimate. They were advising where to get a Covid-19 vaccine. I told them that ATT has it listed as a Spam Risk and that the question they asked: are you the person we called - yes or no - is a typical ID theft question. Dated 5-19-21

CoVid vaccination question (Robocall) reported by


Voice message said it was Humana calling with important information about CoVid. Call back 888-457-7561 use PIN (they gave a PIN number). Called them back and it was a recorded message saying they were Humana and thanks for calling back. Asked me to confirm my name, which I did, then asked if I had received my vaccination, so I said uhuhuh (wondering what this was all about) and they said thank you for doing your part to stop the spread of the virus, and make sure you schedule your second dose, wash your hands, and wear a face mask. The call didn't make sense to me, so I checked number online.

Wanted to know if i had a mammogram and colon cancer screening in the last two years. I hung up at that point. I didn't know if it was a third party or really humuna. When I have questions I call humuna direct.
