The person left a message stating my full name and that it was an important matter and they left a reference number. I have not been to UNC Hospital for awhile. I looked UNC Rex Hopital up and called the billing department, they said my account was paid in full a year ago and they did not know who called me. They are required to keep a phone call they make noted in the system for legal reasons and that they did not recognize the number I had received a call from!!!
