This # has been on my blocked list for a long time. The recording today was to call them back & give them my member # 6555882. That is not my #. I feel this is a scam call. If it was really humana they would have had my member # correct!

This caller is Humana mail pharmacy. They called to let me know that 2 of my medications I pay a small amt for at local pharmacy would be free and they will mail me a 90 day supply if I am interested in doing so.

All they are doing is calling to tell you what the medications you have filled at your local pharmacy will cost you and you get a 90 day supply if you would like to receive the medication from Humana Mail Pharmacy. If you would simply be courteous and tell them you are not interested and please don’t call you again you would not receive any future calls.

this is humana pharmacy calling for (my name) please call this number. (number given too fast to remember) I have been, but not now a humana customer. have humana RX insurance, though. the number that was called is not my contact number on file. on a previous call, the caller demanded that i answer various 'secret' questions, to prove i was me. I hung up!

Humana doesn't ask for a pin to verify who I am. I have caller id. The number says unknown. I have humana pharmacy's number. This is not one.

This is Humana mail pharmacy. If you wish to no longer have them call you all you need to do is tell them and they will no longer call you. Companies have many phone numbers that will show up as unknown. It does not mean it is not a company. Numbers the company uses to call out only on have no reason to be published or customers would be getting upset bc they called and the number refused your call. When insurance companies save customers money, they also save money which keeps insurance cost down and in turn saves consumers money. You can call the number on the back of your insurance card and tell them you have a message from Humana mail pharmacy but couldn’t get the number due to the speed it was left and they will be happy to give you a number you can reach a representative. I am a customer of Humana but have experience working in the medical field and understand how the process works.

Humana pharmacy wants me to switch to their mail in service. I waited for an hour on hold while they stated how important my call was to them. If that is an example of their customer service, I think I will pass.

Answered thinking it was our online pharmacy. Operator stated “we have information that you or one of your household member has had cancer recently and was treated with medication?” I answered “no! Who’s calling please?” He went on to ask “have you or any member of your household or family been molested or sexually assaulted by anyone in the education field?” I was shocked, yelled “ who is this?” They simply said “thank you for your time ma’am “ and hung up. When I redialed the number, it was a recording “thank you for calling back. We do not recognize your number. Please enter the PIN number that was included in the message left for you.” It just repeated again and again and again for the PIN number. I did not have a PIN number so it disconnected. What in the world is this?
