July 28, 2023 IHG survey I agreed to take at beginning of call to IHG Rewards customer service. It was a recording that called me as soon as customer service representative I was speaking with dropped the call. I didn't get to complete the survey because the representative called me back as I was starting the call. I spent over an hour with IHG customer service agent C J; she put me on hold a couple times then dropped the call; she called me back and put me on hold again to contact guest relations then after 7 1/2 minutes dropped the call again & didn't call back. I called this number 10 minutes later & got Nick in guest relations; he couldn't do anything but document the problem, give me a reference number, & tell me upper management of Albuquerque hotel would email me within 24-48 hours.

Wow! Called me back even though I said no to speal
I believe it's IHG. Was speaking with hard driving sales dept. for "free" getaway. and nicely said I had to go. Seems he called me back!!!!!!!!
