Caller asked for someone by name, told them they had the wrong number, they asked for a contact number and said my number was listed. Told them I didn't know anyone by that name. They apologized and I hung up

ARSI - American Recovery Services Incorporated - https://arsigroup.com - They left a voicemail requesting a call back. I did a reverse lookup on the number and all correspondence indicates a fraudulent/spam call. I did not call the company back as I do not owe any money to anyone. Please be advised a G Notice is required within 5 days of first contact of actually speaking with you. If you don't receive a G Notice post phone discussion, chances are this is a scam.
