Computer scam (Scam call) reported by Jim
My moms computer was hacked and this number came up saying to call this number within 5 minutes. It claims to be Microsoft and says I must call so they can walk me through a way to have my computer released. I called to check. An Indian man answered saying this is Microsoft. I said it is? I must have the wrong number because, he stopped me and said oh, were you calling Macintosh? I said yes. He said OK I will transfer you to Macintosh. I hung up. An unknown caller called about a minute later and then about every 20 to 30 minutes called again. Don't call them.

My computer was hijacked and this number came up telling me it wa (Scam call) reported by Cally
This number came up on a page after my computer was hijacked. It claims to be Microsoft and says I must call so they can walk me through a way to have my computer released. I did call just to make sure. An Indian man answers my call with "Windows." I asked if I reached Microsoft and he said yes. I asked for his employee id and he provided "MCS1193S.# However, the more questions I asked the more annoyed he got and started raising his voice and then hung up on me.
