So I called pop a lock to get a quote on getting a new key fob. They gave me a quote and it seemed high so I wanted to wait so I could see if I could find my key fob. So anyways they start to call me ofc 4 numbers this being one of them. They called me a total of 20 times. To me that’s excessive why are you harassing me to give you business. I had to turn my phone off so I could take a nap.

I called hoping to get pricing for a replacement key for my vehicle. They told me a tech could come out for $30 ($29.xx but I’m rounding up because I can’t remember the exact change amount) & he would then price me for the final amount after inspecting my vehicle, with a minimum $100. This is a bit high but not unexpected so I wanted to look around one more time for my keys. In this time, I got a call from one person who I explained to that I wanted to search again and I would call if I wasn’t lucky. He said that wasn’t a problem and we hung up. Some time later, I’d finished looking and wasn’t lucky so I called back to set up a meeting with a tech. About 10 minutes after that, a new guy calls me and is immediately rude, asking me what other companies I’ve called. I asked who he’s with because I’ve only called one company but under 2 numbers because the first one was the google given number that introduced me to the company via their website & the second was a call back to a number they called me from. He didn’t answer me with what business he was from so I attempted to explain that I’d only called one business and he says “how is that you only called one company when you call four numbers?” First, I know that’s a lie because I’ve only called twice at this point. Second, what kind of business asks that question. What is it any of your business if I call 12 different companies, I’m looking for the best price in my budget, hopefully it’s yours. Anyway, I attempted to explain again that I’d only called this particular company and he kept interrupting me so at this point, I’m irritated at the level of disrespect and I ask “is there a problem with me calling other companies?” & he says yes and then something that I didn’t catch. I asked if he would be able to help me or not and he said no so I hung up. I called the customer service number that I was given, hoping to find someone who could speak clearer or more respectfully, & the woman who answered was equally as rude.

This number called back to back for over two hours straight until i answered and then They said a locksmith would be on the way as soom as I gave them my card number And it was definitely a scam scam

Received three calls with no message left. After blocking the number I received a call from an abbreviated number ****”1 (307) 4‬“ with a message to call 24/7 Locksmith Company at the number I had blocked.
