Recently changed from straight talk. Wanted to keep same number. I understand it could've been a hassle - but CC handled it beautifully and had me up and running in a more than satisfactory time. My new phone has 4gLTE capability, and have sufficient cell coverage in the areas that were fringeful before with 3g. They told me if call coverage didnt work too well i could get a different sim...thay have much better customer service than ANY phone company i have delt with over the years which includes VERIZON, ATT (PACBELL), TOTAL WIRELESS, STRAIGHT TALK, and TRACPHONE. Straight Talks tech support were decent to me when i needed some help years ago, though.

I called for assistance; customer service was closed for the day, but I left a callback number and time to call; they called at exactly the requested time. I'd say that's great customer service!

Calls to both my landline and cell phone showing caller ID Toll free. Did not answer and no message left. Since I do not give out my cell no. Except to close friends and familly and they are from different providers, I believe calls must be a scam of some sort.
