The main number for our office receives calls from this number constantly. Most of the time no one is on the other end of the line. Today after a dead call, I immediately got another call. I talked with a lady who was looking for an employee who was out of the office at that time. She would not leave a message and insisted that she call the cell number on her file. We get constant calls from this number and nothing we do removes us from their call list.
