I was granted my letter because I truly did need it due to health issues. I paid the hefty fee along with the letter and had to pay the ridiculous shipping amount of $29.99 on top of the ridiculous cost of the letter. I have had nothing but issues trying to reach this company or the therapist. My apartment complex never could reach Katie for info either. I am now charged $9.99 a month for several months now and I have tried and tried to get this STOPPED! I am FURIOUS and will take LEGAL ACTION if these monthly fees don’t STOP ASAP! I have left a DETAILED VOICE MAIL.... Someone Better Respond!

I am a customer of Therapy Pet and they have billed me $9.99 a month for a PawsX discount subscription I did not request. I have been fighting with them for four months to get these charges dropped but they keep billing me every month and then waiting until I call in and then refunding it, only to turn around and bill me again the next month.

Scam call from therapypet.org. The website claims to legally certify your pet as an Emotional Support Animal but it is a SCAM. The only legitimate way to get an Emotional Support Animal approved is via a prescription through your psychiatrist or similar doctor.
