This company North Central Litigation said that I owed money on a credit card which I forgot the card. And they said if I didn't pay the dept they will take me 2 court and garnish my wages. So I gave them my bank account # to have the money taken out each month. But I have been trying to get in touch with the lady I spoke with I always get a fax machine. One day I called 20 times.I'm gonna close my acct. I know I'm n dept but if I'm making a effort 2 pay at least make yourself available 2 talk 2 me. Their number is 1-888-315-3895.

Recorded call, called to advise me that my account would be debited tomorrow for collection activity. Since I have no outstanding debts I thought they might have misdialed me by mistake. Reviews indicate this is a known scam company.

This lady called me this morning her name is Christina she claimed to be part of the north-central legal litigations and claimed to be out of Decatur Georgia she proceeded to ask me for all my information on my credit card saying that Ione Capital One credit big amount of money I told her that was impossible because I've never had a credit card through them she proceeded to tell me that I was on the doctor and that if I didn't go to Rockford Illinois does that I would have a warrant out for my arrest and be going to jail then transferred me to a lady named Renee to get my information so that they could charge me each month for the payments and that is the number about Christina's number is for 79358 738two extension 416 I don't quite understand why people seem to think that this is ok but it is ridiculous then I feel very and violated that they can get the information that they had on me even though they had the wrong dates

Received a voicemail at work from Adam Riley with North Central Legal Litigations and he was informing me that my SSN was attached to a file and "the client is seeking immediate action....he was here to help....it's imperative that you call me back immediately at 888-315-3895 X414." I could hear more people in the background noise making other calls which tells me that this is anything but legit.

And they were rude they claim that I owed a debt that I did not and claimed they were sending me to court when I tried to plead my case would put the elevator music on repeatedly for every time I tried to speak. They claim to have reverse the debt without any given proof that I had actually cleared the debt. I believe they are a scam they are not the first people to call me in regards to this "debt" with a different phone number.
