Answered call knowing it was marked as a telemarketer. I answered as "(insert Alias here) Arkansas State Attorney Generals office, criminal investigation division". I then told them to "Please hold while I pull up your file based on your phone number". They hung up.

Will not identify who they are. I don't know the person they are trying to reach and told them in the past to stop calling my number. Pretty sure it is a low budget debt collector who works from their bedroom. Needs to learn English a little better.

The message said she was Conn>e Turner from McCarthy, Burgess, and Wolf and the call was an attempt to collect a debt. I recently checked my credit report and found zero entries reflecting any unpaid debt.

These people called my job and gave out specific details of my account to my boss without verifying any information that they were speaking to me as obviously they weren’t and then when I called to ask them why they give us specific details about my account to my boss the lady became very argumentative and Unprofessional with me and was not helpful in any manner to try to resolve the situation

2nd call I got this month in regards to somebody I used to know. Neither time will they disclose any information as to why they are calling, because I am not the person they are trying to reach. Each time they said they would remove my number, but would not answer WHY my number would be associated with this person or call. The scary thing is that I did know this person, and they are not a good person, and I don't know if they used my SSN for something. All I could get from these people is that they are a collections agency. They wouldn't say for what. Nor would they clearly state their name so I could write it down.
