Caller said he was checking on my computer and to please go turn it on. I told him I do not own a computer and he hung up. I called back and left a message indicating I will be filing a police report.

They called the office where I work, and said that they had previously helped us repair or computer. Not true. Then, they started cursing and saying really nasty things. He sounded of middle eastern descent, and he actually started slinging racial slurs at us. Since then someone has called two days in a row, at least 15 times, from a private number. When the office staff answers, the person either stays silent, or they have said, "I love you," and today he actually told my female boss to **** him. The vile person calling from the private number sounds just like the vile person that called from the "888" number. They both have the same voice, accent, and disgusting vocabulary.

Tyler something left message that he has been attempting to server me with a summons at home, unsuccessfully, so he would be at my place of employment within 48 hr, failure to sign for summons would result in failure to appear warrant and my immediate supervisor or head of security would also need to sign as a witness to the delivery. Could avoid if I called the number back and made arrangement to accept delivery of summons or by pressing one and speaking with original filer. No other information, just a scam trying to get money out of people by scaring them into thinking that they will be taken to court or arrested. Heard that this is a collection agency that finds old, outdated, debts on credit report and is attempting to collect whatever they can from them. This is illegal, they should be reported to the AG of each state they attempt this in, they can be sued under the FDCPA for each call they make, both the collector and the company and if people started following through with that more often, hit them in their pockets with fine each time they attempt to intimidate people into paying bogus bills by threatening them with jail, which is also illegal, then they might stop doing this eventually.

I received a voicemail, stating "This is Tyler Hayes and I have a summons. that will be delivered to your home or place of employment. If we serve you at work you must have a supervisor present. Failure to sign for the summons can result in legal action.

The person called my sons cell asking for my husband. Said he had a summons for court for him. He gave me the number and I called it. The gentleman answered and said "This is Robert how can I help you?" I said "I want to know who you are." He hung up. Called back a lady called put me on hold. I hung up.
