Settlement for Navient Lawsuit (Scam call) reported by


I received several calls from this number RE the Federal Gov. suing Navient and that we could enroll to receive some of the settlement. When I spoke to a person and told them that we had finally paid off Navient, he laughed and said the call wasn't about the settlement at all and hung up on me. When I called back and answered their questions about having additional federal student loans, they told me I could enroll in a reduced payment plan. I asked about the settlement and she told me there was no settlement. It's a scam to get your loan information and serviced for whoever they're working for.

they were asking for too much personal information. They would have already had this information if they really were who they said they were. This is a scam to try and get SS number and other personal information
