legal agency calling to collect a debt (Debt collector) reported by


The told me that I took out a pay day loan years ago, from when I was at my first job. They had my social security number and vin number to my car. They told me that they would put a lien on my car if I did not comply and they would take me to court. They were rude and nasty continuously threatening to serve me with papers. Please tell me how to report to BBB.

Supposed legal company. Calling my elderly mom's phone for the pa (Call centre) reported by


Constant calls to my elderly mother who is not well for the past 10 months. They are looking for somebody else I've asked them im to stop calling a number of times. They just called me 10 minutes ago and when I stayed on the line to talk to them they said they never called me that I'm calling them a liar. They use very derogatory language. Very low life. I'm going to have to find out where to report them
