Asked for me and then stated my DOB. Told me the reason they were calling and named the place and year I visited the hospital. Asked if I wanted to make payment arrangements and then asked for credit card information and when I would like the money charged to my account.

THEY KEPT STATING THEY NEEDED TO "VERIFY WHO I WAS" BEFORE THEY COULD TALK TO ME "BY LAW". THEY WANTED TO VERIFY MY ADDRESS (WHICH THEY HAD) THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME WE WERE AT AN IMPASS AND THEN I HUNG UP AND BLOCKED THEIR NUMBER. THEY CAN MAIL ME A LETTER
