I can only assume this is a scam. They showed up with bills on my credit report I'm currently contesting. When I called as my doctor claimed I had no outstanding bills to get dates and amounts, they provided information from as little as one year to as long as 8 years ago on these 4 alleged bills. I called my doctor back who said those dates don't coinside with visits or collections. They also informed me this company is not who they would forward bills to and gave me both numbers of their current and last debt collectors, neither of whom had record of collections for me. My doctor office informed me this can not be legitimate bills from them.

Legally, they should call my legal guardian and they never leave an email and it's always a robotic message demanding to stay on the line. They seem waaay to unprofessional and when I talked to them I managed to catch them in multiple lies and flip flopping around the reason why they want payment. Funny thing is I don't use credit cards, I use gift cards for online purchases and my guardians handles the bills. Why do they contact me?
