Calling for my deceased brother who died in April, 2017. Called back and told them that brother had died and please stop calling number, had to call back a second time since person answering phone first time hung up on me. Told when he died and no money to pay any old bills. Wish these collection agencies would quit selling off old debts and realize not getting paid.

this company is absolutely ridiculous. they spoke in a very terrifying manner trying to threaten me into paying $500 on a cash advance i took out over 20 years ago. the woman knew where I had worked 8 years ago and also had my previous home address and said she was in contact with LA Superior Court. When I asked her what company she worked for she said "I am a licensed independent courier!" What?! Absolutely stupid. I called back to ask more questions and everyone that answered the phone was absolutely rude, hung up on me, and would not answer what company they represented. After calling a few times I think they started to recognize my number so when they finally answered they said, "This is the legal department." hahahahahahahahaha This place is a joke and a total scam.

I didn’t answer because it came up scam likely, left message stating they attempted to call before and this was second attempt and that they were trying to resolve matter, but it was a recording and never stated what matter or what place they were calling from!! Bogus if you ask me, just trying to see who they can scam!!

Call that said they were from GE money bank and that I had a Discover card I have never owned a Discover card said they were going to serve me with the citation and then I would have to go to court and if they were put a judgment against my car because I wasn’t paying the balance said they attempted to call me multiple times to send letters since 2013 I haven’t received anything call it was very rude I call back after he hung up on me and I told him he was rude he said it was my only attempt to fix it and I needed to get a lawyer

Guy call said he will call police to take me to court unless I pay...called my wife have all her info. Also cannot provide company info, nor can verify to whom supposed debt is owed? After all threats he hangs up saying you wait I'm sending the police to bring court papers and summoned me? What?
