Kim called me. Collecting a supposed decade old debt. I said send me info but she said she can't do that. I think she was expecting me to pay she didn't even say how much the debt was or reason. She told me the company the debt was from. Still leaving several robo voicemails about summons.

Claim to be from a "firm" with a "matter of high importance" and I need to return their call - "timing is of the essence." No identifying info - they don't say the name of who they're trying to reach or who they're calling on behalf of. They call from a random local number but the message says to call this number back.

Yeah, two attempts my a**, I have 21 voice mails from them and you can't block the number because they call from a different spoofed number every time - oh, there it is again - we are now up to 22 calls - not bad for only making 2 attempts. Losers, get a life and a real damn job.

Ringless voice mail (Unsolicited call) reported by


Phone never rings, just comes through as a voice mail. Voice mail comes through as follows - "I'm calling from a private processing division to schedule a process server to come to your home or place of employment to provide you with a summons. The process server will only make two attempts to get in contact with you. After the second attempt, if no contact is established, you will be classified as a failure to be served. Any questions or concerns you may have can be addressed at 1-888-201-2922. I will go ahead and put a hold on this service of action to give you the opportunity to get in contact with the office. Once again, that number is 1-888-201-2922." Funny thing is they're supposedly only going to contact me twice but they've done it 4 times so far. Not calling them back since I have no idea who they are or why they're contacting me. Filed a complaint with the FCC.

I just got the same call today. No one is going to call you and ask you where you live or work to serve you. If you are going to get served for anything TRUST ME! They know how to find you, It's not that hard to track someone down. Glad no one here has been suckered enough to call them back. My call today was word for word what you wrote above.

I called the number back and they were asking me qustions and then were like are the last 4 dights of you social so and so and then were like is your birthday so and so i told them i will not give them an answer if they were going to serve me like they said they would have been found me not be calling me morning noon and night that if they want to serve me to go ahead and find me since they have my info like they said then i hung up on them and blocked them i am about to just change my number because they dont give up and keep calling me they have been calling me since the summer smh

I've received relentless calls from a number 1 900-999-9999 they leave a message saying the are a process server and they need to schedule a time to come to my home and serve me with a summons. This is a complete scam ignore these calls and never give any personal info. If you were being served with a summons they would come to your home and serve you. They definitely would not be calling you on the phone before making at least two attempts to serve you at home.

They said I was my brothers primary contact and legal action was being taken against him. I dont even talk to him, def wouldnt be his contact. He lives on the other side of the country and this was a local number. Nice try.
