Man with a middle eastern accent calls immediately asking to verify my name and last 4 SSN. Right off that bat that is a dead give away it’s a scammer. Most likely getting personal info from a debt collector. Don’t give them any information ever. Delete and block.

I blocked the call several times and the number STILL gets thru. It is angering me now because they call 3 to 4 times a day and the block won't stick!!!

I answered and a man with a heavy accent asked for me. I refused to tell him who I was unless he told me what the business was and what he wanted. I got very angry with him. He kept refusing as did I. When I asked what country was he in he then hung up on me. I called the number back and this time got a female with a heavy accent same ordeal I refused she refused. I said a few choice words to her which I’m sure with her broken English she did not understand. I told her I had reported the phone number and the company to the police. She hung up on me. If this was a real company or “debt collector” they will not hang up on you. They would at least explain what their company is and that they are attempting to collect a debt. Don’t fall for this bull
