A person called us and told us they were from AT&T and that there was a new upgrade for our internet (even though we JUST upgraded about six months ago), and there wouldn't be any fee for the technician, the equipment, or a change in our bill price. Too good to be true. Left us with the phone number 1-877-982-2110 X3 and said his name was "Jay Barrios", but the accent he had was really Middle Eastern. Called the AT&T number on our bill (which was different) and double-checked all the information. They had no record of anyone calling us, no record of a tech order, and did not use the number that the other person told me to write down. Ended up calling the 2110# back and told them to cancel the appointment. I was able to get through super quick and spoke with someone immediately. Blocking that number.

Hard to understand. Seemed as if English was a second language. Said he was from AT & T wanting to offer benefits. Well, I had already spoken to someone a couple of weeks ago about the same, but they were identified on my phone AT & T. When I told him that I had already spoken to someone, he repeated that he wanted to offer some benefits. I told him again. He hung up on me. I don't speak with anyone who tells me he's from AT & T unless that number is identified as such on my phone screen. That happened a few years ago, and it was from someone from a different company, who set me up with another company. I wasn't happy as it took me forever to be able to move back to AT & T. Many diffculties in calling, as the phone number that was on the bill was never able to get through. Beware.

Someone called claiming to be with AT&T asking to speak to whoever is in charge of our phone service. Definitely an Indian accent but said his name was John Smith. That sounded strange to me so I googled the phone number and came across all these other terrible ratings. Do not trust!!!

Stated they were AT&T wanting to switch my phone lines. Save me money by charging only $110 for both business lines and internet. Will send out a tech and charge for that as well but will give a $100 gift card. SCAM!!

I spoke to ben.. He seemed professional to me, I scheduled appointment with him for AT&T techs. Techs came here, they did their job very well. Now I am enjoying new services with better voice quality and reduced bills. Legitimate

I just called Mr Soloman on extension 3. He was very professional in handling my ATT business account. He actually gave me free upgrades in the services and I got my bills lowered down from more than $500 to around $250. Definitely not a scam.

Said person is from at&t and his name "Samual Jackson". Wanted to know if he can talk to person in charge of account. Asked what name who they are trying to call because real at&t will ask for the person in charge of the account. He also gave this number to call him back from and ext. 3. Also asked where he is located: he said " Kentucky" I even told him " If I google this number will you be a scam?" he said "no" Googled and came across here. Told him I will report this number and hanged up the phone.

I got a call from David Mendoza he informed me about switching my phonelines, my services are now running fine and getting my bills from AT&T. They are solution providers working for At&t. not scammers, they had all my information. techs were from AT&T. I am satisfied with my services now.

"Harry Smith" from the above number left his name, phone number and extension on my voice mail. I called him back but it was a call center, they asked me what the call was about. I said I got a call from Harry Smith and I do not know why he callued me. They transferred me to Harry Smith and he said that AT&T was installing fiber optic cables and if they could come next Friday to do the install. I said no thank you and hung up. I work in a medical office building and called the manager thinking that AT&T would install for the whole building not just my suite. He said he knew nothing about this. I did get a few call backs from "Harry Smith" that afternoon but did not answer the phone and he did not leave any messages. Most likely scam.

Friendly enough, although difficult to understand due to heavy accent. Calls every week or so claiming to be AT&T needing to schedule a time to switch out our phone wires. I always ask to be removed from the list, but I don't believe this call is actually coming from within the US. This last time I told him that I understood he was just doing his job, that asking him to remove our business from a call list was falling on deaf ears, but I he was NEVER going to talk to my boss so I was begging him to stop calling. We'll see how THAT works.

They asked for the person in charge of our AT&T account, and I said, "Well, if you were really from AT&T, you would already know who that contact person is." She abruptly hung up. As others have mentioned, the company calls promoting navigation from copper lines to fiber optic. Our business already made this switch through the real At&T earlier in the year. If the company had our account information they would clearly see we are set up with the service they are pushing. They can not provide actual AT&T account numbers and it appears all their information is our of date. This company calls daily, despite being asked to remove our company number from their call list.
