Late with Cablevision payment. they called on disconnected line (Debt collector) reported by


Was late with Optima Cablevision payment so they disconnected my phone/internet/TV. Caller ID shows Charter Community. As they called on what is now a disconnected dead line I suspect they're a collection agency for Cablevision. I am seeking a new provider as Cablevision fees have skyrocketed. They probably rec'd my check by now but I will be using Fios or Spectrum shortly. Hope this info helps you all.

They call 2-3x per week. Claim to be from Spectrum. (Unsolicited call) reported by


I haven't had Charter internet within the last 2.5 years and had no outstanding balance with them. In the last couple months this number has been calling me 2-3x a week. I blocked the number, but they keep calling and leaving voicemails claiming they are from Spectrum and need to speak to me about an important matter. Either terrible business harassment, or a scam.
