I have received repeated calls from this number and other numbers asking me to call them back at this number stating that I have not paid a balance with them for a loan. They are claiming to be MaxLend. One of the last calls, I requested them give me my account number and I called the number for MaxLend on their site and they stated it was not long enough to be an account number and that I did not have an account with them.

Calling and asking for another employee here; trying to collect payment. Repetitive calls constantly!!!! The last call when I answered there was just this VERY LOUD buzzing/humming sound in my ear. Very loud. Made me mad enough to come on here and post this!

Max Lend Payday loan company. ..If they are illegal in your state by law you don't have to pay them back because the contract you signed is illegal. ..

They are not legal in Arizona. How do I go about not paying them die to them not being legal in my state. I have paid them over 1000 for a 400 loan.
